Principle of air dryer:air dryer is based on the principle of freezing dehumidification,The compressed air is cooled by forced heat exchange through the evaporator, so that the gaseous water and oil in the compressed air are cooled by isobaric cooling, condenses into liquid water and oil, and contains dust, which is discharged out of the system through the automatic drainer, so as to obtain clean compressed air.

1. Refrigeration compressor adopts French PERFORMER, KERRY, COPELAND, French MANEUROP, Haili and other companies of high temperature fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, stable operation, low noise, reliable performance, long life energy-saving.
2. Heat exchanger, condenser selection of high quality, efficient threaded pipe, high heat transfer coefficient, so volume small , structure compact . The simplified materials can be galvanized stainless steel or carbon steel to avoid secondary pollution to compressed air.

The air-liquid separator is an organic combination of cyclone separation and stainless steel mesh mist catching,the air liquid separation effect thoroughly,avoid secondary evaporation of water.Ensure the drying effect and important role of the air dryer.It's much better than the cyclone separator, and at the same time, the use cost is lower than the filter air liquid separator, has higher performance and cost performance.
